Odoo Image Background Remover module can easily remove background from your product images from Odoo backend.

1. Once you have purchased the application from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the module zip file.
2. Once the download is complete, extract the file to your system. You will see a folder named ‘rm_product_bg_image.’
3. Copy and paste this folder into your Odoo Add-ons Path.
4. Now open the Odoo app and click on the Settings menu. Here click on Enable developer mode.
5. Then open the Applications menu and click ‘Update module list.’
6. In the search bar, remove all filters and search for ‘rm_product_bg_image‘
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install‘ to install it.

Remove background by uploading any image to Odoo.

Once the Odoo Image Background Removal module opens, go to the Settings section, select the General setting, and then click Remove Background.

Once the dialog box opens, add images in the dialog box or add an image URL and click the button Remove Background Button In Remove background from Odoo image. As shown in the screenshot below.

Once you have selected the image (you can select one or more images from the box), click the Remove Background button, then preview the changes and download them as a ZIP file.

• Select multiple images, click Remove background button. Preview images without removed backgrounds before finalizing images.

Note: Once you remove the background and save the image, old images (with background) cannot be recovered.

Remove the background from the product image/product variants.

1. Similar to the above process, the user can also remove the background from the product image.
2. To do this, go to the sales/website module >> products >> open products >> fill in the product details and save it >> remove the button in the background.

3. Once you click on the Remove Background button, a dialog box will appear, using which you can select the image and remove the background from it, after previewing it .

4. Users can also upload the image here from their local device. Additionally, images can be uploaded with a URL.
