User guide for Amazon FBM CS-Cart

CS-CART Amazon FBM is an extension that connects Amazon with CS-CART via the realization of mercant.

The Amazon CS-Cart connector allows suppliers to connect Amazon and manage Amazon commands directly from their CS-Cart store.

With the help of this additional module, you can manage your Amazon products and controls via the CS-Cart Backend.

With FbmThe sellers list their products on Amazon but manage storage, packaging and shipping, rather than let Amazon do it.

Note: To use this connector, you need an Amazon development account. For help, you will have to share the details of your Amazon Developer account.

You need an AWS account because the API security model of the sales partner uses AWS authentication information.

Import Amazon commands:

• Functionality to import Amazon commands into the CS-Cart store.
• The administrator can manage and process Amazon orders imported from CS-Cart.

Updating of details in real time:

• Option to update products on Amazon in real time.
• Activate / deactivate real -time synchronization of the details of products imported on Amazon Shop.

After download Amazon CS-Cart connector Fbm Adjout, you will get a zip file, an install.txt file and a relevant user guide manual. Read it carefully for an appropriate configuration.

Go manage the additional modules and click on “Manual installation” as indicated below in the snapshot.

Click on “Local” To browse the zip file, then click on “Download and install” as indicated below in the snapshot.

After installing the additional module, you will find Amazon CS-Cart connector Fbm In the list of additional modules available. We will then configure the parameters.

Click on “Parameters” To activate, deactivate, install or update. Make sure the additional module is activated, as indicated in the snapshot below.

To configure the module, go to Administrative dashboard >> Supplementations >> Developers >> Webkul Software PVT Ltd. >> Amazon Connector FBM

1. Go to Parameters.
2. Find the section linked to Configuration.
3. Need to fill the required fields such as – State, country, application identifier, customer ID, customer secrecy and redirection URL.
4. Click To safeguard To apply the modifications.

The administrator wins a commission based on the seller’s subscription plan (monthly, annual or punctual).

The sellers’ plans include various levels such as bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

To use this additional module, suppliers are required to subscribe to a plan, which determines the commission applied to each transaction.

The administrator receives the commission on each order placed by the Customer on Amazon.

Suppliers must pay the transaction value on each order placed by a customer to the administrator.

The Amazon FBM CS-Cart is an additional module which connects CS-Cart with Amazon using the realization of Mercihant.

With FBM, sellers list the products on Amazon but take care of storage, packaging, shipping and customer service themselves.

This extension allows suppliers to import Amazon commands into CS-Cart and manage them from a single place.

After connecting to its Amazon account, the user will be presented with two production options – the realization by Amazon (FBA) and the realization of Merchant (FBM).

The seller must choose and proceed with Realization by merchant (FBM).

Here, the seller must navigate to the Supplier panel >> Settings >> Amazon connector.

Click on the + Button to add a channel. Here, the seller is connected to the Amazon channel, manages the Amazon products and controls from their CS-Cart store.

The state of the Amazon canal is authenticated and the state is activated.

Sellers must navigate to the Amazon connector >> Action >> Equipment >> Mapping category As indicated in the snapshot below to manage the categories map for products.

Suppliers can now manage mapping of the Amazon category of products with their CS-Cart store, as shown in the screenshot below.

To import Amazon products, click on the Import Amazon products button as shown below.

This action will import Amazon products to illustrate the import process.

Go to Orders Section to import Amazon controls. To import Amazon commands, click on the Import Amazon commands button as shown below.

Simply click on the order ID to display and check the order of the order from the CS-Cart, as open, complete, refused or paid.
