User Guide for Odoo Shipingine Shipping Integration

The integration of Odoo Shipingine Shipping connects the Odoo system to Shipingine, allowing transparent shipping management on several operators, all in your Odoo environment.

It simplifies the shipping process by allowing the recovery of rates in real time, the generation of labels and the management of return directly from Odoo. No need to change platforms or manually follow shipping.

1. Connect and manage several shipping carriers from a place in Odoo.
2. Get real -time shipping prices directly from Shipingine when creating a customer order.
3. The integration of Shipingine Odoo Shipping also generates shipping labels.
4. Create shipping labels in different formats, depending on the requirements of your carrier.
5. Easily ships to national and international orders using trust carriers.
6. Follow each real -time shipment with a follow -up button dedicated to Odoo.
7. Remove any quickly sending if necessary, as soon as the delivery order.

1. Once you have bought Odoo Shipingine Shipping from the webkul store, you will receive a link to download Module zip deposit.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. Consequently, you will be able to see a file named ‘Shipengine_delivery_carrier ‘
3. Copy and glue this folder inside your Odoo complementary modules path.
4. Now open the ODO application and click on the settings menu. Here, click on activate Developer mode.
5. Then open the applications menu and click ‘List of update modules.
6. In the search bar, delete all filters and search ‘Shipengine_delivery_carrier ‘
7. You will be able to see a module in the search results. Click on ‘Install“To install it.

1. After installing Odoo Shipingine Shipping Odoo Integration, the first step is to add ship identification information in the Backend Odoo by accessing the configuration >> Delivery methods >> Shipengine >> Shingings Creddentials.

2. Now, on the same page, the user can display and manage additional details such as ship carriers and international shipments, etc. Going to the additional tab (on the left of ship identification information).

3. After that, when the user creates a sales command and click Add a shipment. A contextual window entitled Add a shipping method will appear with a Get rate button.

4. When you click on the Get Tax button, it will show you different carriers depending on the choice in Backend. You can see the amount from there and select one of your choices.

5. Once the shipping method has been selected, the user can display the data from ships such as the type of service and the amount, etc.

6. Now the user can confirm the sales order.

7. Now, click put in pack A pop-up will appear with package details such as the type of package, weight, etc.

8. Once the delivery order has been validated, the information on the label and the follow -up will be successfully generated.

9. Once the delivery is completed, you can follow the package by clicking on the track button and can also turn it over by clicking on the Return button on the same page.

10. You can also get ship prices in the delivery order by clicking on the Get Shipingine Prices button.

11. Click on this button, you will see a contextual window of several carriers.

12. If necessary, the user can cancel the delivery by clicking on the Cancel button under additional information.

13. Once you have clicked on the Cancel button, a cancellation message will appear in the communication box.
