WOocommerce user guide Marketplace Order Approval

The approval of WooCommerce market orders allows sellers to more effectively manage customer orders.

When a customer places an order, the system delays its confirmation. The seller must examine and approve or reject him.

The administrator defines a specific time for approval. If the seller approves, the order continues. If the seller rejects the order or does not respond on time, the system automatically cancels it.

This system helps to eliminate unwanted transactions and improves order management. It rationalizes the approval process, which gives sellers greater control over market operations.

We provide a production version of the plugin. If you want a development version, you can get it at an additional cost. Please contact [email protected] For that.

Note – This is a complementary Marketplace module, so you must first install the multi-furnishing market of webkul for the WooCommerce plugin.

Customer buys products from several suppliers, separate order identifiers can be generated for each seller using the Market splitting order for the WooCommerce plugin.

  • Configure the rules for approving orders and send notifications by e-mail to the sellers.
  • Sellers can consult the details of the order and choose to approve or cancel them.
  • Sellers receive e-mail alerts for orders awaiting approval.
  • Customers receive updates by email on the approval or cancellation of the order.
  • Orders are automatically canceled if they are not approved by the seller within the given time.

The system will give the user a zip file to download using the “Add a new” option in the WordPress administration panel. To do this, connect to the WordPress administration panel.

Then, under the dashboard, fly over the “plugins” menu to reveal a submenu and select “Add new”. At the top of the page, click the “Download plugin” button to download the Zip file.
