Subscription application connector: We have introduced an additional functionality application in our multithendor marketplace application through which your seller can also allow their products on the subscription.

Sellers can add subscription plans to their products and have the power to create and manage these plans independently.
Administrators can also create product subscription plans, either for all sellers, or for specific sellers. Sellers can then choose and apply these plans to their products.
Improve the growth in sales of your product by introducing a subscription model and incorporating special offers to stimulate customer commitment and retention.
Customers have the possibility of manually renewing their subscriptions at their convenience.
Activation
To activate the subscription application connector, go to the administration panel of the multivale market,
Fly on the three points (…), select “Functional application”, search for “Subscription application connector” and activate it.
After clicking on the Activate button, simply click on accepting to continue.
Note: You cannot activate the subscription application connector only after installing the webkul subscription application from the shop of the Shopify App on your Shopify store.
End of administration
To activate this configuration, go to the administration panel of the multivalers market> Configuration> Subscription configuration
Allow the sellers to add a subscription plan:
Once you have activated this configuration, your sellers can create their own subscription plans and assign them to their products.
Allow the administrator to create a subscription plan for all suppliers:
Once you have activated this configuration, you (the administrator) can create subscription plans for all suppliers and customize the plans for specific suppliers.
To add, modify or delete a product subscription plan for your suppliers, access the administration panel of the multivalers market> Products> Product subscription plan.
Add the product subscription plan
To add a product subscription plan for your suppliers, click the “Add the plan” button and fill out the form by providing the following details:
- Plan name: Enter the name of the subscription plan for your product.
- Assign to the seller: You can assign your subscription plan to all suppliers or specific suppliers. Once allocated, selected suppliers will be able to apply the subscription plan to their products.
Note: To create a product subscription plan for your suppliers, be sure to activate the configuration “authorize the administrator to create a subscription plan for all suppliers”.
- Discount on the subscription: If you wish to offer a discount on the product subscription, you can choose a fixed price or a discount percentage. Alternatively, you can select “No discount.” ‘
- Delivery type: You can offer delivery options depending on instant delivery or planned delivery.
- Instant delivery: Determine the product delivery cycle according to the day when the customer creates his subscription.
- Specific delivery: Delivered the product for a specific day of the week or month, depending on the date or the selected day.
- Subscription type: The application offers subscription options based on a weekly or monthly cycle.
- Minimum delivery account: You must run orders for at least the minimum duration under a subscription before you can terminate it.
Note: The minimum delivery count must be 2 or more.
- Maximum delivery account: You can make deliveries to the maximum limit under a subscription before its expiration.
- Click Save changes.
Orders: on the subscriber product
Orders placed by customers via subscriptions will appear in the “List of Subscription Contracts” in the Product Configuration Unsettage menu.

Product subscription plan
Sellers can display the subscription plans created by the administrator as part of the “Product Subscription Plan” option in the product configuration list.
They can also add their own subscription plans if the administrator has enabled the “authorize the sellers to add the subscription plan parameter”.
Sellers can add their subscription plans by navigating to the Multivaleur Market Seller’s panel> Products> Product subscription plan, then clicking on “Add a plan”.
Add a product to the subscription
If a seller wishes to add a subscription to his product, he can go to his seller panel> Products> Product listing.
From there, click on the three points next to the product they want to update, then select ‘Modify. ‘
In the variant section, click on the three points of the specific variant to which the subscription must be added, then click “Modify” again.
Finally, go to the “Product subscription” section and select the desired subscription plan.
Orders: on the subscriber product
When a customer buys a product with a subscription, the order will appear in the seller’s panel commands.
The seller can click on “Display the contract” to access the subscription details and display the history of the subscribed product commands. ».
When the seller checks an order from the “list of subscription contracts”, he can display details such as
The identification of the subscription, the identification of the contract, the subscription plan, the upcoming invoice date and the current state of the plan.
By clicking on the three points in the “Action” column, the seller can also access the contact details and the orders.
Front end
When a customer visits the product description page to make a purchase, they will see the two options: single purchase and purchase with subscription.
Any discount available with the subscription will also be displayed on the product page.
In addition, the minimum delivery count and the subscription frequency (whether weekly or monthly) will also be shown.
From their account page, customers can display all their active subscription products, as well as details such as the name of the subscription plan, the following billing date and the current state.
If they want to see more details on a specific subscription, they can click on “Display” to access full information.
